Drainage and Grading Is your yard too wet or uneven to get full use out of it? We have the equipment to level out uneven areas, install drain pipes and remove most rocks and other obstacles that may be in your yard. Many leaky basements are a result of improper drainage and/or grading around the foundation of the house. These issues as well as wet yards and ponding of water can be fixed with proper drainage and grading techniques.
